We know that not all care can be done virtually, once we determine that you need in person care we will refer you to one of our preferred specialist partners in the community.

What do I need for my video visit?
Apart from that You will need your:
- A health insurance card from our approved list of insurances
- A government issued ID(driver’s license OR passport OR green card OR Employment authorization document)
- Your credit or debit card to pay your copay or self-pay fee to start your video visit.
Who can see a provider at Specialistvirtucare?
- Patient should be over the age of 18 years of age.
- Patient should be physically present in Massachusetts at the time of the virtual visit.
- Pay for the visit with the accepted insurance or cash.

We are currently providing care for patients in Massachusetts.
Which insurances are you in network for?
We are currently accepting Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMO / PPO), Cigna (HMO / PPO), Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HMO / PPO), Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Optum / UnitedHealthcare, Tufts Healthplan (HMO / PPO).
What should I do if I’m having an emergency or need care after hours?
Do you have self-pay option, what is the cost for the visit?
Yes, we do offer a self-pay option. Payments are accepted with a credit or debit card. Patients choose the self-pay option when they do not have insurance or when SpecialistVirtuCare is out of network or if the patient has a high deductible health plan.
