Annie Chemmanur is a physician with 17 years of clinical experience in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She completed her internal medicine residency from the University of Massachusetts, and is Board Certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Annie has completed her fellowship in Gastroenterology from the University of Connecticut. She has also completed an additional year of fellowship training in Advanced Hepatology at the University of Connecticut, supported by the prestigious AASLD/Schering Liver Fellowship Award.
Dr. Chemmanur has published several research articles in digestive and liver diseases, presented research papers at top national conferences, participated in multi-center clinical trials, and continues to maintain a career-long interest in this area.
